This cake was made for an 18th Birthday Party. The girl is a huge fan of Beaker from the Muppets! The cake is a made from scratch marble cake with made from scratch Chocolate Frosting and then covered in Marshmallow Fondant. I wasn't sure with leaving the fondant white how it would turn out over chocolate frosting but it looked fine. I did try to leave it a little bit thicker than normal. Overall I was pretty pleased with this cake, it did look a little plain but Beaker is pretty plain as well. Beaker was made entirely out of Fondant. His hair was icing color an orangish red color.
