I didnt want to do the usual " Australian" cake . The cake board was inspired by beautiful aborginal paintings. The dots were done with coloured white chocolate . I dipped a chopstick in melted chocolate and tried to neatly dot on the board.. all i can say is.. ARGH! NOt as neat as I hoped.
