I had a client ask me to do a 70th birthday cake for her mother in law. She wanted a woman at a desk, money, and pastel colors incorporated into the cake. The woman was a banker for years and is now a tax collector. It ended uplooking like this. The cake is our signature moist Chocolate Cake. The icing is Buttercream and the entire cake was covered with Marshmallow Fondant. This was my first time making a person and I think it turned out pretty good, I still need lots of practice though!
