Red Velvet on the 12 and 6 inch, and chocolate fudge on the 10 inch. I stole ideas from the masters at Cake Central. I do feel like I have had tons of practice, and can't get away from my very average cakes. I was happy with this one overall, and I hope the mom to be will be too. The person picking up is married to someone with the swine flu, so I told them to call me and I'll put the cake outside and they can grab it! I am afraid of germs! Cake covered in Fondarific fondant which tastes very good and filled with buttercream.
