This was for a 50th Birthday - the theme was Titanic. Everything is edible. Chocolate and caramel mud swirl, dark choc ganache and fondant. I created the passport by copying details from an old picture I found on the internet. I retyped the layout and filled in her details in the passport and photo shopped and her photo into an old passport photo. This was then printed onto edible icing. You will be able to see it better in the second photo attached. The board is covered in fondant and coloured to look like a rusting ship. Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy it and enjoy your day :)
