This was definitely the hardest cake we have tried to make so far, as you can see our first try at making a helment cake did not turn out as nice as we would have hoped. It was a tripple chocolate fudge cake with brownie filling and chocolate butter cream, all decorations were MMF or GP and the face mask was GP with some wire for support! Even though it didnt turn out so great, our brother loved it, and we sure did learn alot for the next one! P.S. Those are not pot leaves on the back of the cake, they are buckeye leaves so i am told and we copied them right off their original helments. hahah
