This was my nightmare cake. The cake itself turned out as planned. However, the customer, and friend of 16 years was not happy. She accepted the cake upon delivery, and then started calling me 20min later complaining that this was not what we had discussed. She then stopped payment on her check and it took me 6wks and a friendship to get partial payment. Since then, I draw every cake and have the customer sign!!
