This was a couple of firsts for me: My first tiered cake, my first topsy turvy cake, and the first time I had to transport a cake like this. It was never racking going over the railroad tracks, but apparently I supported the cake correctly .. it wobble slightly but otherwise didn't move at all. WASC with vanilla/almond/ butter flavoring. Covered in butter cream. Middle tier was painted with gel colors mixed with vodka. This was for my friends 40th birthday. She loved the cake and took pictures to show her family and neighbors. TFL!
