so i didn't really know i could make ice cream cake!!! let alone have it look like it was bought from the store!!! hahahahahah anyway this was for my sister...who loves chocolate cake, cookies and cream ice cream and covered it in pastry pride with swirls of carmel and chocolate!!!!
