I made this cake for my Father-in-law after my husband says "Your the cake baker and we need a cake for dad by tomorrow..." Ok tomorrow fine problem I had to go to work and had no time to make the cake the next day and it was 8 oclock at night. So I thought I would just do camo with a deer. LOL.. I had never done camo before so I was doing this unknowing of exactly what to do. When I got it done my husband made fun of the antlers because the where to close. I now laugh and joke and call it "My Elliot with two antlers cake.." For those of you who don't know who I mean--it is Elliot off of the Cartoon Animation Open Season. I think my poor deer looks just like him...LOL...But I think he is cute and the cake turned out pretty darn good to be a late evening no time to find an idea cake..
