Was my first square cake, so the icing is not perfect, but it looks good to me and I am happy. It is a chocolate fudge cake, with cookies and cream filling, very yummy. Is is iced in buttercream, with gumpaste flowers, bow strips and circles. This was made by me for me.. LOL..
