This tiffany ring box was made for a customer who loves jewellery... The box is a four layer choc mud cake filled with chocolate and strawberry mousse... The lid is choc mud filled with chocolate mousse... Both are then frosted with dark choc ganache and then finished with fondant... The ribbon is gumpaste...
