WASC, buttercream, plastic bushes, sugared checkered flags. I saw a cake almost exactly like this on CC and just copied;) I didn't feel like making a batch of MMF just to make the rocks, so I kept adding powdered sugar to a little bit of buttercream until I was able to roll it into a ball, it worked great!!
