This was for a friend's birthday. He turned 50 so he wanted a jubilee cake. (In Jewish tradition, every 50 years is a year of jubilee) Flowers are all fondant mixed with fresh fruit. The edges of the cake are vanilla wafer roll cookies-yum! TFL!
