Customer gave me the choice of Elmo or Barney for a 2yo birthday. I chose Elmo and wanted to do something different. 10 inch triple layer chocolate with choc wafers surrounding. First attempt with rice crispie Elmo...came out pretty good, but aren't we our own worst critics? LOL This was a fun cake to add to my cake resume' and look forward to doing more.
