This is a full sheet cake and the #1 on top was also cake. It was baked in a cake pan that can be used for any number or letter in 2 different sizes. All decorating was done in buttercream other than the palm trees which I used pretzel sticks for the trunks and buttercream leaves on top. It does say Happy 1st above the #1 cake but it is difficult to see.
