A Barbie cake for my girls' party. This is the first time I've used MMF to cover an entired cake, and I was very happy with the results. The "skirt" is from the Wilton doll cake wonder mold and is lemon cake with raspberry filling, raspberry buttercream, and raspberry mmf with pearl dust and buttercream/sprinkle accents. The bottom is 2 10" squares. It's white chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, coating, and hazelnut mff with pearl dust and mmf accents.
