8x3in filipino mocha chiffon cake with mocha icing, royal icing flowers and color flow bird. My first cake like this. We have several wonder ladies in my office from the philipines and they have a hard time finding this cake in our area so I searched until I found a great recipe. The ladies tried this cake today and loved it! It's a spongey cake with heavy coffee flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. A definite keeper!
