My niece asked me to make her a cake with her 2 favorite plastic dolphin toys on top of it. It was made with buttercream frosting and fondant. I used rock candy as coral and gummy sharks. I used the silver ball decorations as fish bubbles that spelled her name. The sand is granulated brown sugar. It was a lot of fun to make and she loved it.
