Many thanks to Aine2 for her fabulous work that inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and try my own version of her See You Jimmy cake. I had an order for a scottish themed cake for a man named Jimmy, with salt and pepper hair, a sense of humour and who plays the bagpipes. Well, I wasn't going to attempt to make bagpipes!! So when I saw Aine2's cake, I had to try one! Fondant and bc. Hope he enjoys it! TFL!
