Buttercream cake with gumpaste accents. The customer really wanted a 3D "lego guy" but in buttercream. I told her I really would prefer to do it in fondant because I am not very good at applying BC to oddly shaped cakes. So we decided to go with a buttercream cake with a lego guy topper instead.
