uugghhhh! Didnt like this cake at all. It was gluten free and came out flat as a board. I am not good with sheet cakes anyway. I really should have posted this in the disaster cakes as far as i am concerned. i contemplated scraping all the icing/decor off and starting over, but decided that the boy would probably like it like it was! i had made him an awesome Mario cake the year before and so i was afraid he would be disappointed this year. I guess it went over fine!
