First Italian Cream Cake

Actually it is the 2nd. I had problems with the first one I made. For some stupid reason I thought I could skip leveling the 3 layers; doh. The top layer ended up splitting and one piece came off when I was icing. The 2nd one came out much better. I made a less sweet cream cheese icing that I liked a lot better; non-crusting so I didn't even try to smooth. TFL.
