My daughter really wanted a beaver cake since we were having her party at a nature centre with a beaver dam. I found inspiration in ISA's cake on this site. Beavers, trees and stump are fondant, sand is graham cracker crumbs, dam is pretzel sticks and everything else is buttercream. The kids loved eating the beavers (i know that sounds funny).
