9" oval with 4 layers of alternating strawberry & dark chocolate cake. A thin layer of ganache in between each layer and thinly sliced strawberries in the middle. Topped with ganache, thin slices of strawberries and a ganache covered strawberry in the middle. Thanks to cheftaz for his help and his wonderful ganache recipe!
