Hat is made out of 8" oval cakes (lay of choc & white filled with white choc. truffle & choc. truffle). Hat covered in fondant colored with warm chocolate then airbrushed with harvest brown .Round styoform to hold up cake. Whip is made out of ivory gumpaste, brushed with ivory gel color. Bottom layer cake is vanilla wasc cake filled with white chocolate truffle and raspberry. Covered with fondant then airbrush with brown, yellow & fleshtone colors.
