I made this for a coworker's retirement. It was my first attempt at gumpaste flowers or a cake of this size. It was 3 layers, white, chocolate, white with a mocha buttercream between the layers. It was then covered in fondant with royal icing piping decorations and fondant rose petals. The plaques are made of gum paste. Satin ribbon was used to finish it off.
