Well here is my first attempt at covering with fondant. I have seen so many beautiful designs and was just inspired to do something. I was ok with the way things turned out, just know it should be better. Just did not end up as SMOOTH as it should be. Top layer is buttercream with dots. Filled with dulce de leche buttercream. If I'm going to start trying things might as well do all new things. Am I crazy or what? Please give any helpful pointers. Much appreciated!!!!!
