Funny story - I couldn't get a small enough cookie cutter to make the eggs and almost gave up when my husband said, why don't you use a plastic easter egg? We had some that opened up longways. They turned out the perfect size! These were for my daughter's class at church so he saved the day! They were iced in bc, had colored coconut for grass, then sugar cookies covered in RI on lollipop sticks.
