2 layer 8 inch cakes, torted to 4 layers, cupcakes for roots, cakes and cupcakes carved to resemble tree. Chocolate buttercream icing, fondant & gumpaste mix for turkey's feathers, feet, etc. Body is fondant, sign is gumpaste. Thanks to other CCers for the great ideas. I love this site!
