Gladys, the maintenance lady, always stops by to see my cakes. Her b-day was Monday, Nov. 3rd, so I made this for her. Just a 6" heart, chocolate cake with buttercream, covered with Satin Ice. Notice the pattern on the cake... She just picked it up (8:52am), and she was thrilled!!
