My niece wanted a Build-A-Bear Workshop cake for her birthday this year. The walls, stuffing machine, and computer desks are made of graham crackers and fondant. All other items are made from fondant. Everything is edible except the small boxes and the plastic on the stuffing machine. The frosting is boiled frosting and I did not get it very smooth. Should have used buttercream instead. Need to work on frosting techniques. I prefer to use fondant over entire cake, but kids do not seem to like it.
