Love the fact that I can make my own cakes because I can do whatever I want (no matter how odd). I love the masquerade masks, and I put my favorite flowers. My favorite color is red, but I wasn't about to spend an hour coloring the fondant, so I went with my second fav color. The bottom layer is french vanilla w/buttercream, the square layer is a chocolate fudge with amaretto cream and the top is a yellow cake with vanilla buttercream. I only had two days notice (my hubby WAS trying to surprise me) !
