So this was my second attempt at a whimsical cake...needless to say I dont think I'm going to be doing them anymore...they are so frustrating! I can never get it to look right and the mess I make while trying to do it is so not worth the cake! oh yeah, and my droopy bow...lets just say I learned my lesson with choc fondant and drying times! oh yeah and my very first time with those little things on wire...mine sucked and practically broke my cake...they were way heavy..and i didnt get strong enough wire...
