This is the castle cake I made for my daughters birthday. So many things happened that weekend when I was suppose to make it that I didn't have a lot of time to do tons of extra's. This is my first time trying to do anything like it. Even though it is far from perfect she loved it, as did all her little princess friends! It is a chocolate cake with BC frosting.
