Pig Roast Cake on Cake Central

This was so much fun. I carved it from four 8' rounds for the head and four 9 i10 inch rounds on the side. Piped the body and feet. BLack I made with chooclate icing and black dye. Fondant/gumpaste mix for the ears and snout and tail. when the client picked it up I added the black inside the nostrils and white in the eyes. The apple is real. The piping took me almost an hour.
