Tiers of red velvet, coconut cake and vanilla frosted with marshmallow buttercream and covered with shredded coconut. Flowers are made of gum paste, air brushed then painted with white luster dust. It was the first time using push in pillars. I was so nervous but I learned a lot from this cake. I think the plates should have been smaller so the pillars would end up more into the cake instead of close to the edge.
