I love the fact that my husband gets my sense of humor and lets me do what I want when it comes to his birthday cakes! Normally I'm restricted by what everyone requests, although I do try to tweatk and twist a bit. For this cake, I kept it simple, plain frosted with BC, tearing out chunks so it looked as if it had been "eaten". The rats are made from brownies squished into shape, then covered in fondant (my first time working with it). I felt the rat poo just clinched it, also made from brownies!
