I made this cake for my sister's 21st birthday. She loves Patrick and her party was a beach theme...it's french vanilla with vanilla wafers as the sand and stabilized whipped icing very good to handle but it cracks and bleeds through after a while..if someone has a solution for it please let me know. It would be a big help, thanks!
