Well, let me say, this was a challenge. The bottom and middle layer werer dummies and they were pretty easy. The ribbon was hard for me to do, it was mmf. I have never done anything like this before. The top layer is cake, which I could not get as square as the dummies. I made the bow with mmf. The cake is covered in buttercream icing. I learned a lot from making this cake and see where improvement is needed. The bride liked it and that really is all that matters in the end! Thanks for looking!
