WASC with BC. The customer wanted fresh berry filling which is not in season. So I used frozen berries that I thawed, drained very well and folded into a very stiff sweetened whipping cream. She has a black dog so she wanted a dog on it. Unfortunatly I lost all the detail in the dog. She liked it though.
