This is a vanilla 6", 5" & 4" cake I made for my daughter's b-day. The bottom has a chocolate filling, middle a twinkie like filling and the top is plain. It is covered in all buttercream with buttercream roses. It was very humid today so I had a lot of trouble with the buttercream. I had to keep putting the cake into the refrig. while decorating in order to keep the frosting from melting. In the end, my daughter loved it and that is all that mattered. Thanks for looking!
