This cake was a double layer yellow cake with chocolate buttercream, chocolate pudding mixed with cool whip and oreo cookie crumbs for the filling and oreo cookie crumbs for the sides. I made this cake for work. We were having 3 wedding showers and one baby shower so I just made a nice looking cake that could go for either theme. Everyone at work loved it.
