I did this cake as a trial with MMF, for the first time! It is a lemon cake with strawberry BC and lemon flavored MMF. I read for about two days the ins and outs of MMF! I was prettty nervous doing this as I am going to be doing the sameone next week for shipping out to a friend in IL. I think for the first time it came out okay and I have already seen some flaws but as I work with it more the better I will get at it!
