I carefully planned, started early, panicked on Friday of course, but finished by 6:05 pm. Set up around 8 at the church, slept well, and got rave reviews in the morning - mostly about the taste! A judge asked me to sell him a cake! He didn't realize it's illegal in TX. I got a laugh and cry about that. So badly do I want to be able to sell my cakes!
