I made this for a 30th Birthday. The bottom tier is chocolate chip with chocolate ganache between the layers. The middle tier is vanilla bean with raspberry between the layers, and the top tier is lemon pound cake with strawberry and blueberry between the layers. The icing is whipped white chocolate ganache and the accents are MMF. Kinda busy with the flavors, but it was what they wanted. Any comments are appreciated and welcomed. Happy Caking Ya'll - Em
