First Chocolate Wrap!!
Thanks to ShirleyW and her wonderful directions I got up the nerve to try a chocolate wrap. Worked out pretty cool but I do need more practice and need to work out a few problems. The chocolate spiral decorations were very fun to make but after I put them on my cake they started to fall. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I would love some input:)
Beautiful cake! Great for your first time. My first time was not so great.
yuuummmyy!! I do have a question: how do you cut this kind of cakes? isn't the chocolate too hard?
I gave it away (so I won't cut it)but they say to run the knife under hot water and it won't break the chocolate. If you try it before me let me know.
