St. Patrick's Day - Irish Hat on Cake Central

3 - 6" cakes, each torted and filled, iced in buttercream and then covered with MMF. Board covered with MMF. Painted Buckle. I've seen this type of cake for a few years and have always wanted to make one - finally got the chance! Thanks for looking!

Great fondant work. I wish mine would get this smooth. what's your secret! I always have problems with geting my fondant smooth on the cake.
