My First Attempt At A Wedding Cake
I am practicing with my dummies and this was my first creation....man those things are soo much harder to handle than real cake...could not get them very smooth at all...oh well, I think it looks okay.

it looks great. If you are coating with royal icing on the dummy, try a light sanding with a very fine grit sand paper of the first coat of icing. it makes it easier to get the next layer a bit more smooth.
Thanks for the tip Barbydoll...I used buttercream on this one....I am thinking of using royal from now on though on the dummies anyway.
