1/3 Layer of chocolate cake with white chocolate chips, 1/3 layer of tiramisu mousse, 1/3 layer of dark chocolate mousse, covered in chocolate ganace with chocolate fondant accents and fondant rose for my step brother in law's 40th.
I know its one of your small details but your rose is awesome very realistic. The whole idea came out great!
